Shipping
Prices shown on our websites or price lists do not include shipping charges - these will be calculated during the checkout process. Because of the wide diversity of products that we offer for sale, it is not possible to predict the exact shipping weight and cost in every case. Bulky but light consignments, for example, may need to be recalculated on a "volume-equivalent-weight" basis. Similarly, certain delicate products may require disproportionately heavy packaging, if shipped on their own. The shipping cost shown is based on typical values - if there is a significant deviation we shall notify you by email, prior to dispatch, and ask you to re-confirm the order.
If necessary we may change the carrier that a parcel is sent with, and we may not inform you prior to dispatch of this change.
We will normally process and dispatch your order within 5 business days. If there are likely to be any delays in fulfilling your order we will do our best to advise you of such. If you have ordered leather, we may contact you to confirm the exact costs involved prior to shipping, and ask for your confirmation to proceed with the order.
We will try our best to meet any due dates you require, however this is not a guarantee and no liability is accepted for any loss or damage resulting from delay.
Non-receipt of orders must be notified within 14 days (UK) / 21 days (International) of shipment date. After this, any claims will be assessed on a case by case basis – you will not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.
UK Shipping
All UK orders are typically dispatched using a trackable next day service, however we do not guarantee next day delivery from dispatch as parcels may experience delays in transit. For certain regions, such as the highlands & islands, delivery could take over a week.
The available carriers for UK customers are Royal Mail, APC, & Parcelforce. The available options vary depending on the contents of your order, and your delivery address, and the charge for courier delivery will depend on your shipping address - please add the products to your cart and go to checkout to see your shipping options.
We also offer free collection from our warehouse or events
Royal Mail is not a suitable shipping option for leather, cloth, etc. due to size limitations. If you select this option, then your products may need to be cut or folded.
International Shipping
Shipping cannot be estimated, as it is dependant on the contents of your order & shipping location. Please add the products to your cart and go to checkout to see your shipping options.
We offer free collection from any international event we attend.
On shipments outside of the UK, an insurance charge forms part of the shipping and handling calculation. If the value of the products ordered falls below £20.00 Sterling, then we remove the insurance charge and will ship the order uninsured.
All international orders are typically dispatched using a trackable service - for courier deliveries we will choose whichever carrier we view as the most suitable. We cannot guarantee a delivery date due to the nature of international shipping, however as a rough guide: 3-7 days for carrier delivery, 3-14 days for post delivery.
International post orders are normally sent tracked & signed, however not every country allows this service - to view the postal services available for your country, please use this website. If your country does not support trackable post, we reserve the right to send it using an untrackable service without informing you.
