Wide gilt-rolled borders, enclosing typical concave lozenge composed of massed individual tools. Saltire decoration to spine panels. Gilt rolls to board edges, headcaps and inner dentelles. New comb-marbled endpapers, toned. Hand-sewn silk endbands.
